Terms and Conditions of Membership
Effective Date: Date of sign-up
These Terms and Conditions govern your membership with Cold Hut Recovery (referred to as "we," "our," or "us"). By subscribing to our membership, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Membership Fees and Payments
1.1. Initial Fee: The initial membership fee is £10 for the first 30 days. This is a one-time introductory offer.
1.2. Monthly Membership Fee: After the first 30 days, your membership will renew automatically at £39.99 per month.
1.3. Special Renewal Rate: Subsequent renewals will return to the standard monthly rate of £39.99
1.4. Auto-Renewal: Membership payments will automatically renew each month on the anniversary of your sign-up date.
2. Payment Terms
2.1. Billing: Payments will be collected via the payment method provided during sign-up. You authorize us to charge the applicable fees automatically.
2.2. Failed Payments: If payment is declined, we will notify you, and you must provide a valid payment method. Failure to do so within 7 days may result in suspension of membership.
2.3. Currency: All fees are in GBP (£).
3. Cancellation Policy
3.1. Cancellation by Member: You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us at info@coldhutrecovery.com, Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before your next billing date to avoid charges for the next cycle. You may also cancel within the first 7 days. Cancellation will result in immediate loss of access to our facilities.
3.2. No Refunds: Membership fees are non-refundable, including for partial months.
3.3. Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to terminate your membership for breach of these Terms or misuse of our services.
4. Membership Benefits
Your membership provides access to a Cold Hut Location of your choice We reserve the right to modify or discontinue benefits at any time.
5. Changes to Fees or Terms
We reserve the right to modify membership fees or these Terms and Conditions with at least 30 days' notice. Any changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
6. Member Responsibilities
6.1. You agree to provide accurate payment information and keep it updated.
6.2. You will not misuse or exploit membership benefits in a way that violates our policies.
7. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from your membership will be governed by the laws of Uk. Disputes must first be addressed through good-faith negotiation.
