    Every unit is equipped with a top of the range temperature controlled ice bath set to 8 degrees Celsius.

  • Infrared sauna

    Warm up with our full spectrum infrared saunas, which heat you from the inside taking all the stress away.

    Cool off and get clean with our cold showers, designed to give you the best possible start to the day.

What to bring?

Swimwear:

  • Our dress code requires that swimwear is worn in the sauna and the ice bath

Towels:

  • one towel to sit on in the sauna for good hygiene
  • another for drying afterwards

Water Bottle:

  • Stay hydrated

Flip Flops:

  • For good hygiene

Do I need to be a member of the gym?

No, you do not need to be a member of the gym, although you will get special discounts if you are!

How do I get in?

After booking a session through our web app, you can check in up to 5 minutes before your session. Once checked in, you will receive a code; use this code on the keypad to gain entry. You can check in either by scanning the QR code on the outside of the unit or by visiting bookings.coldhutrecovery.co.uk/check-in

How often are they cleaned?

Everyday, Cold hut hold our partners to strict brand hygiene standards, we pump all water through a filter for the bath and treat the water regularly with a soft chemical

  • Sign up

    You can sign up for a Cold Hut account by

    Create an account 

  • Create a booking

    Select the create a booking tab. Then select the Hut you'd like to visit along with your time.

  • Check in

    Checking in to your session generates your code, you can only do this 5 minutes before your session. You can check in via scanning the QR code on the outside of the Hut.
